RYSE named St Johnstone Football Club digital partner in three year deal

RYSE, Perthshire’s leading creative agency, has officially confirmed a three-year digital partnership with St Johnstone Football Club. This collaboration will see RYSE transform the club’s visual identity, enhancing its branding, merchandise, digital presence, and print media. The partnership aims to strengthen advertising, supporter engagement, and overall brand recognition for the club.

Matty Souter, CEO of RYSE, said:

“We are absolutely delighted to partner with St Johnstone as their official digital partner for the next three years.

“As a lifelong fan, this collaboration holds immense personal significance and I’m incredibly excited about the opportunity to enhance the experience for both supporters and players.

“My connection with St Johnstone is one I hold close to my heart. From being a mascot and ballboy in my youth to attending games every week as a season ticket holder with my dad, the club has been a constant in my life.

“Sadly, my father passed away just three weeks after we lifted the Scottish Cup in 2021, but I know he would be incredibly proud of this partnership and everything it represents.

“Our journey with St Johnstone began with a clear vision from the club’s leadership and board: to modernise the brand while preserving its proud heritage.

“Together, we have worked to create a unified and professional identity that reflects the club’s values and reinforces its motto, One Club, One City, One Community.”

St Johnstone Football Club, founded in 1884, competes in the Scottish Premiership and is currently led by manager Simo Valakari, who took charge in October 2024.

St Johnstone CEO, Fran Smith, added:

“This is an exciting partnership for the club – and for all of our supporters. Matty is a huge Saints fan and we look forward to working with him and his team at Blairgowrie-based RYSE.

“Moving forward, the digital partnership will help transform our club’s overall brand. Keep an eye out for some big changes around McDiarmid Park and beyond.”
