Nae Limits, based in Ballinluig, Perthshire, is Scotland’s leading outdoor adventure company, specialising in all manner of heart racing activities such as canyoning, white water rafting, and bungee jumps. Whether planning a stag or hen do or creating unforgettable team days, Nae Limits promises excitement and adventure for all. Owner Dale Strang has built a reputation for delivering adrenaline-fuelled experiences with a personal touch, but their previous website needed to reflect their vibrant energy.
Pain Points
Nae Limits’ previous website needing brought into the modern age. It’s systems were clunky with a difficult user journey, and all around didn’t showcase the brand’s adventurous spirit. The team were also overwhelmed with manual admin tasks due to limited automation within the website. Seasonal traffic fluctuations further highlighted the need for robust SEO strategies to sustain visibility year-round.

The complete website overhaul was designed with adventure and functionality in mind. We introduced a modern, visually captivating aesthetic that mirrors the excitement of Nae Limits’ offerings. The website now guides customers effortlessly through the booking process, supported by bespoke forms that have drastically reduced manual admin tasks.
Since launching the website in 2020, we’ve recently undertaken a 2.0 refresh of the website, with updated branding and style, further emphasising the wild and adventure spirit of Nae Limits. The rebuild includes:
- Dynamic branding updates, aligning visuals and tone of voice with Nae Limits’ ethos.
- A user-friendly CMS, enabling the team to independently update offers and products.
- Further categorisation and organisation of services and activities available.
Since the redesign, the new website has transformed the customer experience and reduced internal admin work significantly. Website traffic has increased, and booking volumes remain consistently high, even during seasonal fluctuations. Nae Limits now has a platform that not only embodies their brand but empowers them to grow.
